Start of Shift Team Huddle - Starts Monday

Beginning this coming Monday July 8 @ 0700, each shift will start with an on-duty team huddle.

The on-duty supervisor will be leading a quick briefing which will cover the day’s activities. Unless the supervisor is out on a call, huddles will be happening based on this schedule:

Monday – Friday

@ 0700
@ 0900
@ 1800
@ 2300

Saturdays

@ 0700
@ 0800
@ 1800
@ 2300

Sundays

@ 0700
@ 1000
@ 1800
@ 2300

The goal is to simply gather everyone together so we’re all on the same page for the shift. The huddles will occur in the main ambulance garage, near the ramp and bay #1. Any available admin staff in the building are also encouraged to attend at one of the times listed.

This will be a work in progress and we certainly welcome any ideas or feedback you may have!
