Jesse Merdak Promoted to Lieutenant

Please join me in congratulating Jesse Merdak on his promotion to Lieutenant effective on Monday
September 25th. Jesse will be going through a training program over the coming weeks. There will be
a formal swearing in at our next staff meeting in October.
