“Delayed On-Scene; All Set”

The dispatchers generally target a 20 minute on-scene time as being “delayed”. As you approach the
20 minute mark, feel free to let the dispatcher know that you may be delayed. It is not necessary to
advise them prior to that unless there are unique circumstances.
