Genesee Valley EMS / Caledonia Ambulance

As you know in May of this year GVEMS approached CHS MIHC to discuss a possible merger. After
completing our respective due diligence, the GVEMS Board of Directors approved the transfer of their
operating authority to CHS MIHC. GVEMS will be joining the CHS MIHC family. The process will take
a couple of months to complete and we’ll keep you all in the loop while we move through the process.
We will be staffing an ambulance in Caledonia once the operating authority is transferred.
