New Finance Officer

I am pleased to announce that Heather Lenhardt will be joining the Executive Team as our Chief
Finance Officer. As many of you may know she has an MBA in business as well as experience in
finance. She will be leaving the University of Rochester and she will begin her new duties on Monday
October first. This is a full time administrative position so she will discontinue any direct patient care
duties at CHS MIHC. This is a loss to our community as she steps away from her role as a
paramedic. It is a huge gain to CHS MIHC as we continue to grow and need a dedicated finance
