Defensive Driving Course: Operating a Company-Owned Vehicle

As part of our Driving Continuing Education policy, all road providers are being assigned the Defensive Driving Course offered by McNeil. You can access this via the link on the intranet page. This training can be completed on or off shift. No need to print a certificate, we can track completions electronically. Training must be completed by August 31, 2019.

EMS Emergency Vehicle Backing Course

As part of the re-alignment of our driver eligibility guidelines, all road providers are being assigned the
EMS Emergency Vehicle Backing Course offered by McNeil. You can access this via the link on the
intranet page. This was also assigned to non-drivers as they are an integral part of backing safety,
often being the spotter. For career personnel, this must be completed on shift.

EVOC

Our fall EVOC class will be October 8 from 0800-1700. EVOC is required for all providers who drive and we encourage non-drivers to take it as well. Use the promo code CHS Member when registering here to bypass the payment request.

Special Thanks

A shout out to our Simulation Team for the outstanding sessions this quarter. Providers, please take

a moment to fill out the simulation survey on the intranet page to provide feedback to the team.
