Annual Updates & PPD's
Our annual updates and PPD's are scheduled for Tues. April 7th (our Staff Meeting) from 4:30 - 7pm and Tues. May 5th (our training meeting) from 4:30 - 6pm. There will be sign-up sheets in the dispatch as we have done in previous years. This is mandatory for all members, except anyone who is new as of January 1, 2015. Failure to get this done, whether at one of these 2 dates we provide here at the base or on your own time by May 31, 2015 will result in disciplinary action.
Priority 1 or 2? Step Lively!
The expectation for all priority 1 and 2 calls is that you stop what you’re doing and walk with purpose to the vehicle. Since you will be moving swiftly to the vehicle, you can acknowledge the call in the rig. Also, remember that the closest in-service unit should respond to these level calls.
CORRECTION: Calling In Service from RGH
There was a typo in News You Can Use. When returning from RGH, call in service at 590 & 490 (not 390). Thank you.

The success of our organization is a direct result of your dedication to Henrietta Ambulance and the communities that we... read more

Calling in-service from RGH & Unity
When returning to service from RGH and Unity, please call on the air as in-service once you reach the following locations: RGH – at 590 & 490 Unity – at 390 & Scottsville Road In most cases, this will allow the closest available unit to respond — including a potentially staged rig from Brighton. As always, use your discretion and common sense if you feel you’re the closer unit depending on the location of the call. Thank you.
